Once you select this option then you will receive only the messages of the senders added in safe senders and safe recipients. And any other messages send by a person would treat as junk and move to junk emails folder. So choose the best and suitable option and handle junk mail in outlook 2007 without facing any problems.


How to Enable Junk Email Filtering in outlook 2007:-

 

  • Start Outlook 2007 properly

  • Go to Tools>Option>Preferences Tab and then click junk email button

  • Junk email options dialog box will open in which you will have to select a level of protection

  • Two options will give as: Permanently Delete Suspected Junk E-Mail or Moving It To The Junk E-Mail Folder. You can check the most preferred option

  • Also select the option Disable Links and Other Functionality in Phishing Messages

  • You can also restricted an illegal domain to enter in your inbox and for this you will have to select Warn Me About Suspicious Domain Names In E-Mail Addresses

  • Now click Ok to apply these changes
